Prior to booking the HP Signature Manual Facelift Treatment:

Try your best to avoid any aggressive treatments 72 hrs prior to your visit. You will receive an email at the provided address, this will include links to intake forms, COVID policies and directions. If you have botox or fillers please contact us at lori@beautifulyouholistics.com prior to booking the Aging Gracefully Facial.

Please read the email and complete all forms prior to appointment to ensure a prompt start.

During your treatment:

Masks are not required during your treatment. You will be asked to change into a spa wrap, this is optional but is for your comfort & will avoid any product getting on your clothes. You can decide your level of modesty knowing you will be under a fresh set of sheets per client and a blanket if desired. I will step out of the room, once we have reviewed your intake forms and set expectations, to allow you the privacy to change, and only step back in once you have confirmed.

Clinic Etiquette:

Please put your cell phone on airplane mode or off for the duration of your visit. Give yourself the space for healing to occur and limit distractions while at Beautiful You Holistics.
Photos are taken with written consent in an effort to see improvements and help build our portfolio and used in Social Media/Marketing only with permission.

Lori loves educating & recommending products to her clients, if this is not of interest to you, gently let her know & she will let you do the asking.

After Care:

  • Please avoid direct sun for 24-48hrs
  • Please avoid exfoliation or other aggressive treatment for 72 hrs.
  • Follow any specific home care instructions given

Cancellation/Late Policy:

In my desire to be effective and fair to all of my clients and out of consideration for my time, I have adopted the following policies:

LATE ARRIVALS

  • We do not extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your service will result in its cancellation and the application of a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.  Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your practitioner will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
  • Out of respect and consideration to your practitioner and other customers, please plan accordingly and arrive 5-10 min early, especially if you need to fill out an Intake form.
  • The time you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are missed, or canceled with insufficient notice, we’re unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to the business.
  • Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with Beautiful You Holistics, we request 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
  • We understand that some emergencies occur that prevent you from notifying us about canceling or rescheduling your appointment. We give our clients one opportunity a year for late rescheduling or missing appointments without being charged for the service.
  • We value and respect your time and choice of our service. Should we need to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen events with less than 48hrs notice, we will discount your next identical service 20% off the service charge. We will, in a timely manner, reschedule your appointment based on your convenience.
  • Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo his or her appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

DUTY TO INFORM

Your full disclosure during all pre-service consultations is mandatory. Illume Skin Care will not assume responsibility for your adverse reactions suffered when a guest has failed to inform us of contraindicating conditions.

 

REFUND POLICY

Retail Products:

It is our pleasure to provide you with a store credit within ten days of a retail purchase if the product is accompanied by the original receipt and remains sealed, unopened and unused. Open items are considered contaminated therefore ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Conditionally, open products may be returned for a store credit should you have an adverse reaction. However, this is contingent upon an additional scheduled consultation to review product usage and home care regimen.

 

NO SERVICE REFUNDS

To ensure the most favorable outcome, we perform thorough consultations that require your participation and honest feedback. All service sales and deposits are final.
